NEKO TRIBE: RIVER WALKERS
LOCATION: across river east of Miragia Forrest near where it meets the Jewel River
APPERANCE: All neko members of the river walkers tribe have blue tails and ears, the shade and type of blue varies but its blue. Average height is about 6'1” for females  and 6'2.5” for males(like anyone cares about them). Their claws are normally between .5-1” long(retractable of course).
